Q: What are your liners made from?

A: All our liners are made from a high quality acrylic felt. Every liner we make is subject to a 10 point quality control process to ensure you always get the best from Love Lolo!

Q: Where are your liners made?

A: They are all made right here in the UK, by our manufacturing partner.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Every Love Lolo liner is designed and made bespoke, to ensure the perfect fit! Fit is the single most important factor when it comes to adding support and structure to a handbag. We source the handbags ourselves, and spend a make small and detailed adjustments to our prototypes until we are completely happy with the design. It is actually very difficult to measure a handbag for the purposes of making a liner, and, for that reason alone, we do not take custom orders.

Q: Will the liner fit in my bag perfectly?

A: We source all of the handbags ourselves and make Love Lolo liners to fit exactly. That’s the Love Lolo fit!

Q: I can’t see a liner suitable for my bag, how do I find out if you make another liner that might fit?

A: Every product page includes a list (where applicable) of other handbags that the liner is suitable for. Although our liners aren’t made specifically for those bags, they have been recommended by other Love Lolo customers.

Q: Which Collonil product is suitable for my bag?

A: Every product page includes a list of which type(s) of leather each product is suitable for. We have also provided detailed instructions on how to apply. Please use the search tool to help you locate the correct products for your bag(s).

Q: Are you an official UK Collonil stockist?

A: Yes! Love Lolo is an authorised stockist of Collonil products. We have tried and tested each and every product we sell - on our own Mulberry bags!

Q: How much is it for postage and packaging?

A: Postage and packaging varies depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location and the speed of the delivery service you equire. Please see our Shipping Information for more information.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, orders received before 12pm will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm may be processed the following day. We use a variety of shipping methods, which can be selected at checkout - please see our Shipping Information for more details. Most parcels are delivered next working day after despatch, but delivery times may vary unless a guaranteed service has been chosen.

Q: Will I receive tracking for my order?

A: Tracking will be provided if a trackable service has been selected at checkout, and whenever available for other services - please see our Shipping Information for more details.

Q: How can I pay?

A: You can pay by PayPal or by debit/credit using our secure payment gateway. We are unable to accept other payment methods, or payment over the telephone.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes! If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatch simply email us, send us a message via our Facebook page, or use the contact form on the website.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Yes! If you wish to change your order before it has been despatch simply email us, send us a message via our FB page, or use the contact form on the website.  Additional products may be added to an existing order, subject to availability.

Q: Can I return my order?
