Returns cannot be accepted if you have not contacted us and received authorisation prior to the return.
Any returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Returns will not be accepted if they do not meet this condition, or a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion.
The cost of return shipping is met by the customer.
If you are returning an item(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Love Lolo cannot be held liable for any items which are lost or damaged in the post.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item(s) to arrange a return.
This policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by us: your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
